Jane J. Bai graduated from McGill University’s Physical Therapy Program & has been practicing as a Registered Physiotherapist in private practice settings in Toronto, Canada. Her interest in pelvic health stemmed from attending an elective course offered at McGill on Female Incontinence. Since then, she has continued her education by taking over fifteen additional courses related to pelvic health in men and women & attending international conferences to stay current in her evidence-based physiotherapy practice.
Early on, she saw a gap in knowledge amongst new moms suffering in silence with pelvic floor dysfunction & their understanding of how to manage their symptoms. PelvicPro’s mission is to educate and empower EVERYONE to become ‘PELVIC PROS’ themselves and finally take control of their pelvic health and wellness!
In 2020, she began offering mentorship and educational talks to further advocate the pelvic health physiotherapy profession. She now runs one of the only in-person small group intensive mentorship programs in Toronto! She also lab assists for the largest Canadian Pelvic Health Teaching Company, Pelvic Health Solutions for levels 1 & 2, and Ramona Horton’s Visceral Fascial Mobilization Courses.
Her training in pelvic floor dysfunction, with the Toronto-based company, Pelvic Health Solutions, has diversified her scope of practice in treating & assessing adults with urinary incontinence, persistent & complex pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual pain & dysfunction, tail-bone pain, gastro-intestinal disorders, chronic constipation, pre- and postnatal care, cesarian birth rehab, interstitial cystitis, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti abdominis, & post-surgical care.
In her spare time, Jane is practicing yoga, playing badminton & tennis, listening to business podcasts, or hanging out with her husband & two kids.
